New 32 Thoughts Podcast came out and Friedman is speculating that someone has tampered and whispered big money to his people.
He thought maybe 7 x 18 or 7 x 20.
What he did *not* mention (my own speculation) is that it could be a no-tax State whispering 7 x 16.
Friedman mentioned that he did not think Kaprisov was looking for a shorter deal like the McDavid speculation. (he said he might be wrong about that though)
Kaprisov’s injury history was brought up as being another factor in trying to navigate the whole process for both sides.RAMPANT SPECULATION BABY !

now that is interesting. the tampering stories always get my attention. i like to see how they do it.
i didn’t call the player and his agent. and my assistant didn’t call the player and his agent. and my assistant’s assistant didn’t call the player and his agent. but were not sure about my assistant’s assistant’s assistant.
