Next years draft has center strength. This one has D strength… They reach back for a C from 3rd. Next year they will reach back for a D passing on a couple better C than Caleb.

Gotta nail it this draft to get the rebuild off to great start. After the 3oa the 24 & 33 picks will define the direction the new regime is heading. Later picks who knows. At 24th & beyond it will be a big indicator on how good are scouts have done their homework. Add to that RJ’s philosophy will be his 1st stamp on the Canucks.
