I’m going to address this once in this forum. This is a place to talk about hockey, about the Leafs and the upcoming season. If you want to talk about politics, if you want to talk about some of the issues of the day,

Will you be addressing the toxic divisive non hockey political posts? Or are folks trying to get into a hockey season and some hockey talk – going to have to continue and weed through all of the political nonsense that destroyed hockeybuzz?

Not the best outing tonight – aside from Stolarz and a few guys.
This is mostly (if not totally) Game 1 lineup. In this type of game and at this point Coach wants proper structure, routs, management and pace. That wasn’t really the case but a couple things to remember:
– A pro player (who’s already penciled in, just wants to get through the game without injury. That is 100% the main objective from a players perspective.
– The first wasn’t terrible, the second started with basically half the period on a pk and screwed up an already sputtering rhythm.I get some fans will panic – and moronic ones will think this game is what you should evaluate a playoff spot from – but truth is, it’s just a pre season game. Not the way they wanted to end, but it is what it is. It happens.
The first half of season will be adjusting and adjusting. They will and they will be fine. Their talent and tendy will carry through that period.
