If Drurys plan was to hope one of those players went to free agency he should be fired now. You dont run a team with the hopes a player will leave his team and sign with you instead of one of the other 30 teams (Not including Rangers and the team the player is leaving). That is downright ridiculous. I cant see Panarin staying, as Drury had that big blow out a few years ago after losing a playoff series. Panarin didnt do much to help his case against Fla. I cant see Drury wanting to sign him.
We all knew Goodrow was over paid, Drury was the one that over paid him. Drury went about changing the team overall with what he did with Goodrow and then CK20 and Trouba. Yes the team needed a change but Drury went about it all wrong. The way this team played the other night reminded me how they ended the year. If the uninspired play continues, Drury is gone by Christmas.
You know I love you Tj!!! You are off the wall but have good intentions. You say some crazy things
But I will never forget the Drury is a genius remark!!! LOL
!!!!! Just for you.
The no tax state has be proven to be much less than what people think. Its winning that draws players to teams. Remember, Fla was terrible for 20 years before this resurgence. The no tax is only for half the games. The players must pay tax in every state they play in so realistically its just half the games they play. Zito built a culture in Fla. Chemistry, Comradery, Support. The Rangers had that but Drury destroyed it.
Or is it that Sully doesnt want to go with the kids and prefers the Vets??
Heard Tj was already banned!!!
Not a hard time but getting use it. Its not as bad as that other site though, which is in shambles. Im sure its a work in progress.
