ParticipantFlyer nepotism strikes again. Chuckles was a poor gm in Minnesota and was even worse here

ParticipantHave the Flyers even entered phase one of rebuilding?

ParticipantIs Patrick Thoreson coaching anywhere? He took one in the nuts for the team so that’s gotta be worth something

ParticipantNo to Rossi. Can’t have BOTH your projected C1 and C2 (Luchanko) being sub six-foot, when you also have Drysdale, York and possibly Andrae as top six D.
Does Luchenko have the talent to be a true C1 or is it just he would be the Flyers C1?

ParticipantIf they go the FA route, they will end up with the second coming of Kevin Hayes. Outside of draft picks, what talent do they have to offer other teams via trades that wont weaken them at a position?

ParticipantThis is an uninspiring hire. A new shiny toy that screams “The Flyer Way” for the triumvirate to trumpet
Another season of being on the bubble and over valuing their own players is on deck

ParticipantLooks like rt was hired — the cycle of suck continues

ParticipantAs a colon cancer survivor I wish Jason nothing but the best and pray that he gets to “Ring the Bell” and Scream F – Cancer!

ParticipantThis is where you are wrong. As Bill said, nothing wrong with depth.
With the other two picks I agree but not with the 6th OA

ParticipantLast year I told Button on his youtube video that he was out of his mind saying the Flyers would pick Luchanko. He was right, I was wrong, and I apologozed. (Not that he ever saw it)
So this time I will not say a word about what he thinks. Martin wasn’t even on my radar before he said this, so I looked him up. He seems like the typical player the Flyers would normally pick, 2 way player, kind of a pest, works hard etc etc etc.
I hope he is wrong.
It is amazing that all these years of being mediocre or flat out horrible the organization still values this “Flyers Way” crap

ParticipantAs has been said by others, I don’t like long term deals for non superstar players, but this is the nature of the NHL. If Foerster develops into a perennial 35 goal player then it will be ok. Let’s hope that happens.
Can he score 30 before thinking about 35?
