Not saying an NMC can’t be waived but if the wife doesn’t want to move, the player is most likely not waiving his NMC. IMOLiterally, nobody is denying that Rielly needs to go. But you’re too retarded to realize that he’s terrible, overpaid, has a NMC, and isn’t going to waive.
