Give me 25 on that contract and I can sleep well. And I know I won’t be sleeping well in year 4 (and probably 3)
Even 20 goals a year on that contract would provide value.
I would prefer Mailloux be part of the deal, but I think it will be Reinbacher.
I doubt it’s Reinbacher because he will apparently be part of the management + players team that will be representing Montreal during the draft. Obviously things can change quickly though.
John Tavares signs a four-year extension with the #leafs carrying a $4.38M AAV.
Cross him off the list (not that he was going to play anywhere else than Toronto).
That is an absolutely incredible contract. Wish more players where like that instead of being mercenaries and using their hometown teams as barganing chips to get top dollar.
