kickbro eats that cereal that looks like little twigs. i tried it and i think they may have actually been twigs.
if i get a healthy cereal i go for grape nuts. or cracklin oat bran if they still make that. the roof of your mouth would look like a grenade went off in there but it was pretty good cereal for being a healthier one.
I usually have all bran and I put some trailmix in it
but the little picture on the box says it’s “part of a complete breakfast” or some shit like that.
