Pretty sure the Price deal has been made, will be interesting to see if the Habs do anything with that cap space before the season starts.

Carey Price’s contract should be traded this upcoming week, with sources suggesting San Jose, Chicago or Pittsburgh as destinations.
Capwages shows San Jose at ~$66.2mm with a 22 player roster. But they can roster the Couture contract to gain $8mm and get above the cap by almost $4mm.
Chicago has the Weber contract already and likely won’t “need” the Price contract for the cap floor.Pittsburgh might be a good guess, if they start trading guys and need to stay above the floor.
Will be very interesting for sure, to see how it shakes out.
