I’m not a bandwagon type of fan but it’s been fun to watch some fun baseball games these days.

As for the Leafs, I guess if there were any doubts remaining for anyone, Primeau isn’t a NHL goaltender. Great the AHL level though.

I have to say, I’ve enjoyed watching that Jays run. Must be amazing for the long time fans.

My takeaways after watching the highlights.

    1. If the D can stay out of Dobey’s way, it’s a 3-1 win.

    2. See 1..

They really need to learn how to manage a lead better….

Struble deciding to hold onto the puck at the blueline instead of dumping it so the team can complete it’s line change only to take a penalty after losing the puck didn’t help, but it seems like the whole team goes into panic mode when pressured while leading.

But yeah, right now, if Dobes can see the puck, he’ll stop it.

lol, actually I was able to find the edit option… on my phone it was hidden behind the quote button because of how poorly the site is designed.

Or maybe you found it and won a prize?

Rumors of Montreal interested in Kadri.

Don’t hate the idea but I do hate that player…..

Would you be in favor of the team with the best record after 41 games be given an automatic playoff spot? And the same for the team with the best record from game 42-82?

Not really, this isn’t two 41 games season, it’s an 82 games season. What would be the point of the remaining 41 games for the team clinching in Decembre? Why would anyone pay to watch those games?

But I appreciate the “out of the box” thinking there.

Well as a fan of a team looking to lift the Octocup, I think it’s pretty nice to be on top of the standings while it lasts.

When we do well in October, opposition fans tell us that October games are not important.

And then when we are meh in October, youse guys tell us we should panic.

Leafs fans just can’t win (yeah, go ahead, I just teed it up for you).

You know what Wedgie old pal, I’m gonna show restraint and respect here and not send that ball out of the park.

    I’m no Springer after all.
