I agree with a lot of what you say but i wouldn’t give up a Rinzel or Arty, maybe an Allan or Kaiser I’m selfish that way. It’s so hard to get players with the ability and size and position of those 2.

Id rather take my chances on the plethora of forwards in the system. Just because the Ducks are bad at negotiating in no way we should do them any favors.

Offer Crevier and a draft pick for McTavish’s rights then keep Grizz for 7th d-man. The plethora of forwards you speak of are still mostly in juniors/college. McTavish is already a solid NHLer paying for a boner of a franchise. Also brings some sandpaper that this 23-man roster lacks especially the forwards group.[/quote]

I would not offer Artie or Rinzel, and Crevier and a pick won’t do it. It’s going to take a combination of Reichel, Allan, Kaiser, KK, and a high pick, along with Dickinson with 50% retained, and Verbeek could still say no.

    Boilermaker
Bamford on day 2 of camp.

I see that EDM has been paired up with Rinzel quite a bit the first two days of training camp. I like that pairing, it would free up Rinzel to get more involved offensively.

Good sign by KD. As far as Reichel, hopefully the light goes on. He was a PPG player in the AHL, so the talent is there, maybe Blashill can get him going, otherwise he will be moved.

It worked out great. Savard won a Stanley Cup and retired a Blackhawk!

Yes it did, and after that trade Chelios was more valuable than Savard. Loved Savard and glad he got his cup. Good seeing you here.

Remember the Savard for Chelios trade, how did that turn out? All things being equal, I’ll take the defenseman. By the way, it looks like Kaiser is in camp, not signed yet that I’m aware of.
