    Nice recap Jeremy!

Certainly two different DRW teams (to some degree anyways) between the first & second half of the game. Happy to see them pull it out but much work is needed as they allow far too many open opponents free passes to the goalie (even in the third period) for premium scoring chances. Work in progress and I am sure they will get it figured out yet.

Edvinsson deserved to be benched in the prior game with taking 3 horrible penalties, blatant giveaways, and lack of overall compete level. He seems to suffer the same infliction that is Rasmussen as he will play great for short stretches then take the rest of the game off. Love his size and his skill-set is growing but hopefully he matures quickly and gives a complete effort most of the time.

I enjoyed the win and look forward to many more this year but hopefully they don’t need to rally from 4 down often, that is not a great recipe for success!

    LGRW!!!

Just came across your post. I’m a Blackhawk fan that lives in Florida with an Illinois area code, I have no issues streaming Blackhawk games on ESPN, except when they play the Florida teams, then I’m blacked out. It depends where you live, must live out of Red Wings blackout area. That’s all the help a BH fan can give a RW fan, I won’t even buy Little Caesars pizza. ?

    Thanks for the information Angotti!

I live in Texas currently so will likely only be blacked-out when DRW plays the Stars. It’s always nice to meet other teams respectful fanbase. ?

    Thanks for the update Jeremy!

I see most pre-season games are on Fandual Sports Network or DRW web/app. Hoping they have the majority of regular season games available through a single source this year so I can actually watch my favorite team more than twice.

I had the good fortune to attend this game as I only live about 30 minutes from Comerica Center.

Unfortunately the Wings fell 6-5 tonight but it was awesome seeing live hockey since it has been more than a few years for me. I thought the Stars had more jump in the third for sure and the score sheet should show that. Wings goalie Pradel didn’t have the type of night he wanted I am sure as he let in some pretty easy goals.

Stand-outs for me tonight for overall play were Lombardie, Danielson, Buium, and to a lessor degree Kilfoil (has energy/drive but did not have a complete game like the others). Enjoyed watching the prospects (obviously my review skills are lacking) and there appears to be some talent still maturing before they are ready to be full time members of the big club.

Hey Jeremy, any idea why I cannot post, receiving a ‘awaiting moderation’ message? I created the account a few days ago and the first post I did on this thread was awaiting moderation but then the second and third posted. Now today I posted on you new story and that post is awaiting moderation? Very puzzling…

Going to tonight’s game since I only live about 30 minutes from the stadium. Looking forward to seeing the prospects and just live hockey in general! Let’s go Red Wings!!
