he’s fighting againts Bolduc and Laine for a top9 spot. Roy is not suited to play on the 4th line, unlike Blais per example.
Blais will be on the 4th line, they need the Energy
So Roy is not moving Aside, Gallagher, Anderson or even Laine, that what I’m seeing :

If they get rid of Laine and Price’s contract than it’s perfect
Nothing perfect in this world so I fully expect them to start the season with Dach at #2, Laine on the other hand…not sure if he going to be there in October
