They deny there was a set back on Demko over the last couple of months but it went from “should be ready for camp” to “prob not ready for camp but probably ready for the beginning of season”, “not going to be ready for early season”, to “prob xmas”. There was a set back for sure. He was doing hard on ice work outs a couple of months ago doing rapid butterfly saves… and they peeled all that back on him.
He has a history of trying to return before he is ready. Been dishonest about his progress with trainers in the past and his set backs and immediate injuries show that….
