No worries Frenchy, i figured that was the case since i couldn’t sign in today until tonight, i appreciate what you do and how much you do it.

I apologize — no Game Threads tonight. I wasn’t able to sign in earlier, and it seems the system is finally back up but still running slowly.

I’ll be honest, it’s been a frustrating night. I spent a lot of time writing a full article after the first 10 games, but HHS hasn’t published it yet — completely out of my control.

And to top it off, a rough game for the Blackhawks tonight. Sorry again, everyone, and thanks for your patience.

Even with this whippin’ they’re still a better team than we’ve seen for a while.
I still don’t understand these 2nd periods. So bad.
    On to EDM and McJesus.

Hawks on pace for 89 points.

I hope next time they play they are physical with Scheifele, watching the playoffs last year it affects his play.

I liked the push back, there was some gaps in their D, i can’t wait till the young D learn when to pinch and not to.

Nifty stick skill there by Burko.
Hopefully more of that to come this year.

And what you saw of TT #86 at the 14 minutes left mark, well, that will be all he gives right there.

I hear you Wiz that was a bad pinch after a long offensive keep by the Blackhawks.

Peg has made them pay for every defensive mistake, like the pk and the wide open forward in front of the net

Or Rinzel trying to stick handle at the blue line, again.

    Growing pains

It’s just how I am…we start losing, and I find someone to be peeved about:
This new play by play Rick Ball is hyping Louis Crevier in the late second period…
Louis made me mad with his being caught out off his position on that earlier goal would have been enough to not hear name, he was an unmentionable after that goal against.
    Quiet about him, Mr. Rick

Another rough 2nd period for the Hawks.
Not as glaringly incompetent as the past two games, but they got schooled overall.
