The ink wasn’t even dry before he completely shit the bed. So much promise – then he started smoking angel dust. Not really….
i wouldn’t put angel dust completely out as a possibility. he was definitely seeing things. bears in the woods, the humongous universe, 3 or 4 pucks out there on the ice apparently..

That guy was a gem for interviews!!!

i guess they feel like they’ve seen enough. but that’s scary to me. goalies can be so volatile.

First few years, yeah, I gave him a pass just to see what he could do…
yeah, he had quite the controversial tenure to say the least loll.
concerning Markov, I’m still surprised he didn’t play for another NHL team after that, I’m sure he could’ve been useful in a diminished role, but I guess winning the KHL championship the year after leaving MTL was more in tune with what he wanted.
