Was always a big Markov fan, and while I was on the fence (gave him the benefit of the doubt) about MB for a long time, the way he treated Markov is what made me want him gone.

Agree it’s even more rare and risky with a goalie.
I believe they bought 5 years of free agency, so that is a factor in the price tag.i guess they feel like they’ve seen enough. but that’s scary to me. goalies can be so volatile.
