On paper that look like a valid point, but they could front load a deal themselves, can’t they not?
they would still have to pay 100% of the contract, front loaded or not. by acquiring Price they save 8M. best deal in town, especially for owners who don’t like to spend.
Weber was traded, many others before him too, can’t see why Price wouldn’t be.not the point I was making if you were reading. Price is stil here. So teams are not in a hurry. If they were, he would have been gone by now

Whats not that easy is a team willing to trade for Price’s contract. They could sign anybody in the world at any price to reach the floor.
