I like that trade for mtl a lot, but I really wonder what that 2nd line will look like next season. The off season is young I guess

quantity is not quality, nothing you mention here will get you that 2nd line centre

Matheson alone should be close to be enough. add a few picks and prospects and we’re good. they’re looking for a #2C, not McDavid
