By his play Vladar should get this start, but I fully expect Ersson in net. At this rate, Zamula is playing his way out of the top 6 pretty quickly. Undrafted player, who deserves credit for getting this far in his career, but he is trending to be a very fringe 6th Dman. No need to be overly critical with the player, start pointing the finger at the organization cannot figure out a way to build a better top 6 blueline.
Agree about Vladar getting the start. Not so sure he won’t. Laughing about some “experts” calling starting Vladar a gutsy move. More like a no brainer. Zamula is already out of the healthy Top 6. More like the 8th D. Unfortunately, they aren’t healthy. As an 8th guy? He was ragged again last night but didn’t kill them out there. FLA made the extra shot.
I’ll be there. Making the roughly 2 hour, 40 minute trek to take in the game. I’ve had some “luck” with my Barrie Colts jersey. Think I’ll wear that tomorrow. Anybody else going to be there? I’ll be in Section 113, Row S. Hope to see Grebenkin in the lineup. 4-3 Flyers win. 😉 ((fingers crossed))

after all these years they still cant draft/develop even bottom pair dman.

only lost by a goal to the 2x defending cup champs. go with the same lineup. there physicality can wear down the canes fwd/dman. need continuity.
Coach Taco. The silly flyer nick names never cease to amaze me. where does the taco come from? his mexican roots?
We’ll see Jett and Grebenkin. We know Coach Taco will look to juggle and match lines. CAR leans hard on the Aho line. After that, there’s a bigger drop off than with FLA. It will be interesting to see who the matchup is there. Dvorak and Couturier again? Practice lines will tell us. Slavin is the world class man on D for them. CAR was a bad matchup for the Flyers last year going 3-0 with a combined score of 15-5. I’m more concerned about this game than the FLA game last night.
