ParticipantChances that Ersson starts game 4? I know he was very good after the Olympics but I still don’t fully trust him.

Bill MeltzerKeymasterVladar seems banged up so he may need to sit a game. Hopefully he is able to play on Saturday? Having the home crowd may get Ersson through a tough game 4 vs the pens if Vladar is out. Hopefully things work out and no need for a game 5 in pissburgh.
My gut feeling is that Vladar will start Game Four. Maybe that’s because Ersson never loosened up, got his gear ready, etc. in Game 3 when Vladar was shaken up. I don’t put much stock, one way or the other, to Vladar reporting to the staff on Thursday that he was feeling better. We will see at the morning skate on Saturday.
