This is such a nice deal for the club. Not only that as much as i don’t want to see Moore be traded, if he takes another step what kind of trade value would he be then, to say a team that is in a cap crunch and can’t sign a premium player?
On another note or wouldn’t surprise me to see Arty sent to Rockford, i know it’s only a couple of preseason games but he looks lost out on the ice. Korchinski looks great until that blind pass.

Defense has a lot of work in front of them with the constant blown coverage, can’t make it easy for the opponent to get back into the game.
Apparently Korchinski has been standing out in camp and played really well in the preseason game last night?

Sounds like Korchinski and DelMastro are going to be spending time in the press box this year, can’t blame the Blackhawks to holding onto their investments and hope they continue to develop.
You’re right Wiz the cap continues to go up, the problem is in the immediate when you have multiple players contracts up and you have to trade away a McTavish, that offensive undersized dman and Kreider agrees to Nix his contract, that’s 3 NHL players you had to get rid of in order to keep 2 on the team. Then you got Sennekes contract coming up really quick here, i don’t know having less NHLers is going to be problematic.
Curious to see if they make the playoffs this season.
