Not if every pair plays 20 min each equally.

Also, you trade Rielly as fast as humanly possible and replace him with a guy half the price.

When is it? The last two years of his contract when the NMC loosens? Those will be the prostitution years of his contract.

Igor Shesterkin done for the season. There goes his odds of leading the league in scoring.

Perfect time to trade Stolarz though. He has a 16 team no-trade list (why the fuck are they giving NTC to God damn back-ups?!) so hopefully New York isn’t on it and the opportunity to be a starter could entice him to waive regardless.

Trade Stolarz, recover some assets (or expand the deal and get Braden Schneider), call-up Akhtyamov and give him an extended shot at back-up. If he sucks, Elvis will be back in the new year and he can be your new back-up.

Edvinsson | Tanev
OEL | Raddysh
Rielly | Schneider

A $38 million dollar D? A third pairing worth $13 million? Come on UG, this is a pro team not an all star team.

Without dream trading in mind I’m happy to see the leafs seem to be mixing up the D pairings tonight

McCabe Raddysh
Rielly Tanev
Ekman-Larsson-Stecher

Here’s hoping it at least looks somewhat better, it’s what I wanted to see.

Well, no JT in Colorado tomorrow, and maybe not against Utah on Tuesday either, it’s because his new son Tucker was just born. Cheers JT.
