(THAT’S WHAT GRAMP’S GIRLFRIEND SAID)The Hawks forum on HB had numerous entrenched arguments, battle lines, long term enemies etc.
Certain subjects could not be opened without a couple monkeys flinging their dookie all over the forum.I’m hoping the fresh start here keeps the air clean for a while.

I kinda like the Montreal hockey club.
But mostly I came here because it is a really nice group of people.

It was a clown show for both teams.Glad they won it.
Hopefully this sub-30 SOG against is a trend they can sustain, or at least regularly revisit.
Only 2 penalties, that’s a nice thing to see.

full disclosure: I might be a bit extra butt hurt because I live in the Eastern time zone.
The good:
23 SOG against is a welcome improvement.
Kaiser looked good.
Mikheyev very tough on the puck.
Knight excellent.
Less penalties.The bad:
13 SOG is just plain no damn good.
Rinzel and Bedard with very dumb penalties.
I have no idea what Bertuzzi is doing that has any value to team success.The ugly:
First power play was an embarrassment. Completely incompetent trying to enter the zone.
