Won’t lie. Went to bed cursing TK. Woke up cursing TK. 30 goddamn career playoff games, two goals. Hardly piling up the assists, either.
didnt love the idea of all r00kie line going in. like it even less now. That’s on Tocc that the line was out for BOTH Carolina non-pp goals. cant have three totally inexperienced players like that on a single line.
Need to score first tonight…. and probably 2nd too. Can’t chase another game against this team. And they need to SKATE. No more lazy stationary plays.
Need to start on time tomorrow. And they need to be a lot cleaner on breakouts. Entries worry with without Tipp.
I will turn the page tomorrow for game 1 against the canes but I still enjoyed the high today from beating the stinkin Penguins
Why are the Flyers so reluctant to shoot the puck on the PP? They waste 3/4’s of the PP passing the puck around at the perimeter and looking for the perfect shot. A shot on net make get us a deflection or a goal from a rebound, but if we don’t shoot the puck, it’s never going into the net. It was very obvious late in the game with Vladar pulled. Too much passing, not enough shooting. Is this how Yogi is teaching the guys?
On a side note: How many shots did the Flyers take that never hit the net last night? Let’s finish the pens off next game!
Been a chronic problem for years!!! Change PK coaches, change head coaches, players in, players out. Never changes.
