And, to think, Marner would likely have a cup if he hadn’t screwed the trade for Rantanen.

    That must feel nice.

Damned rat bastard Habs winning. Congrats Leafs. 10 years and no 3rd round appearances. Habs do it in 2 years. Fucking disgrace. Oh well, Let’s Go Carolina.

Probably should have been 4-2 Buffalo in regulation, but Habs pulled it off.

They’ve had Carolina’s number this season. Could be a good series.

Toronto Maple Leafs assistant general manager Brandon Pridham and the club have mutually agreed to part ways

That’s a huge loss. He was one of the few good people they had in management and he was around for 12 years so he knew pretty much everything and everyone.

Just like Doan leaving (I’m sure Matthews is REALLY happy about that one) everybody in this organization is starting to head for the emergency exits as the ship is sinking.

The guy crunched numbers. Probably the easiest job in the organization. Not huge. Not big. Not significant in any way.

    Good try.

    Just an unreal team.

Carolina should make it interesting at least.

I don’t see #34 moving anywhere before just before next year’s TDL. Unfortunately, there isn’t really anybody available in free agency that can feed him the puck. Fortunately, we happened upon the 1st overall, so maybe McKenna can be that guy. A Willy McMatthews line sounds fun!

Raddysh has had such a great year…and it feels like he’s going to get paid way too much and likely be unable to live up to the contract. Or, he could have just come into his own and will be a beast for the next 10 years. Some are saying a 4-year deal at just over 5 million is the ballpark, and I would do that in a heartbeat, but I don’t think it is even close. I think it starts there and ends up at 7.5 for 5 years.

Kulak, Andersson, and Marchment are on my wishlist. Have to figure out how to jettison some dead weight, though.
