ParticipantIt happened a few years back, and I have asked outright as to what exactly I was banned for and they just say post violation. It is not like I call poster’s out but may have educated someone, unless it was president related one in reply.
What I WAS doing is if someone had a prospect opinion near draft time, I did link to many of the draft age players by LINK so I didn’t have to cut/paste AND it got people there to read others. (Don’t go there now, becasue I am in notebook comments now for 2026, not writing profiles. MY first couple rounds are correct in that they have the correct prospects, but haven’t started changinf re-arranging rankings either just yet.)
The other thing on the Athletic I always go after Corey Pronman, who to me is less a watcher than a HEARer, using what scouts tell him are the players evaluations.
I have been wanting to go back and call him for the original 2025 Draft list first round that included two players tha were not even drafted!
But the only thing I did was a couple of times, I relayed the story when he was on the Sirius hockey channel in 2013 and when the host suggested that maybe Sasha Barkov was in the equal rankigs of Nate MacKinnon, Seth Jones, and Jonathan Drouin, Corey refused to consider him as on their levels…he was almost crying in his adamant refusal of Barkov as elite, and that he was correct.
I posted and reposted with every huge leap where he ranked prospects crazy earlier than they should have been.
I just think the parrot’s staff may =know stuff but he is pretty vanilla.TheREALWiz
ParticipantLast night late in the third, tied, (maybe 4 minute mark?), Arty #55 in his desire and wanttoness to have a piece a part in a win and no tie.
Big Cernak was outside the hawk blueline moving toward the right point, and fleet 55 got in close and surprised Cernak with quick move inside to his body and placed him on his can.
It didn’t change momentum, or even any effect the game, but it displayed his strength speed and heart.
and I am the guy who thought Arty wasn’t going to fit getting on the job training w/o being woefully mistake ridden.TheREALWiz
ParticipantThanks, Frenchy!

Appeciate you,

ParticipantThere IS a age difference in Knight and Askarov, and good eye on the “cossack”…he is a scrambler, and some golaies through the ages HAVE succeed using their explosive reaction speed to stand ground in spots that don’t position him well in regards to be able to cover the entire home plate area.
Askarov may end up being that guy.The two things Placzek ponders is
Why was Nashville so ready to move on from him?
(His trade departure didn’t solidy a Predator’s Cup but did it get a star back in his place?)
And on Spencer Knight:
Is coming alobg as starter, and since I need someone else to post the question to The Athletic’s Powers, since they banned me from posting there.Spencer Knight took a psch leave and I believe it was framed to the press that he had an OCD issue.
I would like to know a bit more on that, since it might be performance-related, not him making sure his labubus are in a perfect line on the shelf.

ParticipantSeems a way to go, but, we are all watching a rise our opinions of the pro talent we are ready to attach + and more to many of them, or sticking around as fans to witness all the improvements as the player pieces the goal on out, I love things in which I am feeling hockey family is guiding the path from unacceptable product to a nice effort from all the Blackhawk and friends shelling the $ out to eventually will see the winning product again,

ParticipantI am loving the game now late in the third, and although I haven’t missed any games, I kept thinking something was off.
I finally realized that I hate the 100th Anniversary sweaters, because the added a black then gold highlight around the numbers on the player’s back.
I never thought any hawk sweater would dwarf then choir boy collars ones.
You don’t suddenly add a color from the Indianhead to JUST the numbers on the backs!
Hate it as I noticed it sweaters looked odd…

ParticipantI am glad you are feeling that victory in another Purina Palace.
As all said, there were many moments that made us all happy!
The biggest was the broadcast was that i-game. interview on how his guys could come back.
And all the player actions, and how we are likin’ more a’ them, and we like their joys as our joys,
Ryan Greene’s happiness of scoring, or Lil Frankie, rollin’ out of the pile and wild to celebrate that his
speed and a top gear that managed not injuring Blues’ goolie Hofer, all our forwards tonight were humming.
Truly happy Reichel had a successful night.

ParticipantPost 3rd period.
You can, tonight, count every iced Blackhawk as the youth movement, as the team truly was quick, spirited and wise in their execution of the new coaching / game plan and play the game with robot.
Tucker on Blues is the 6th bruiser / goon fighting defender and was his achievements on the scoreboard were not to my liking. There was clearly some offensive brilliance by Bedard and company, and team play was really something.
You gotta like Greene’s game, heck, all their games.
can Lukas start feeling it?
The young ones sure seem to enjoy each other in this on the job training exercises against a rival that got out worked, and they were in the play-off last post-season.The smart positional play of the dee corps and I think they eventually be decscribed as big, quick, smart, and they willing to be. combative inside their scheme.
That was FUN!

ParticipantIt’s success when Arty plays physical with restraint.
Kaiser had some unsettled play early on, and then Vlasic settles things with his point shot, and we all revel in #73 two periods (‘tween the 2nd-3rd now for me), but the b‘awk forward driving speed was the difference.
Burkowsky did disappoint in several scoring chances.
Cannot wait for a fast 3rd.TheREALWiz
ParticipantThe Foligno leave can get the group ready fro next year when he isn’t playing hockey anymore.

ParticipantArty watch in win:
In the closing minutes, 1:43 left the hawks controlling in the attack zone a pass comes to #55 a few feet in the middle area zone off the blue line, an he receives a pass as an opposing player is converging, he attempts this puck move to get it to the other Hawk player near that blue line, but his stick motion send the puck off target and out of the zone.
What words describe that stick work?
Broom stick swirl?
Rod hockey twirl?(?) You guys KNOW the play #55 attempted right?

ParticipantI agree that this seasons ups and downs might have a few more ups than the others in teh rebuild.
I will be happy as every new face gets battle-tested and then understands the way, and goeas about becoming part of the pro game with other guys with the like minds to win together.
I still look with hopes to win this lottery, whether we are 6th from te bottom or dead last.
I will say I may have been on point in my mock draft to have Islanders second rounder as an early second rounder.
So much to like in long term developers, so much there.
Meanwhile the Roman and Sacha arrive, raring to go as pros.
Lil Frankie and bedsy MAY end up as wingers as the grand scheme unveils itself….

ParticipantThe Bruins spectators are always aware and desiring big hits like the one superstar former Hawk Zadorov’s provided.
I watched with sound last evening and it was clear that the crowd reacted to many Blackhawk checks by their dee corps.
I have to think they left with the opinion the Blackhawk back end was going to be big & boisterous for the next decade. And Arty, well, I think it is early to start feeling that RIGHT NOW, that Zeev Buium is closer to NHL…I am too busy to be Pete prime time, or that Beckett Sennecke and Ivan Demidov might have the capacity as play now forwards.
I remember when the early opinions on Trevor Zegras had so many convince Kirby, Cozens and Caufield were not as good rookie NHLers.
Things change. Arty has so much to grasp and integrate but there is passion, high end speed, stick and a big kid who is willing to do anything out there.
I can wait.(i started typing here…got called away, and everythiung disappeared and this time I didn’t start off line so I had a copy. I am too busy in retirement to re-write opinions!!!)
