Not an excuse but the Leafs were down a man who plays at 20 minutes a night.
But Range On like you do.Not an excuse. They had multiple leads. Nylander helps blow leads, not keep them. Vegas was playing a back to back and had a goalie in net that had not played since October. Vegas has multiple injuries too. The Leafs PK got burned twice which is supposed to be a strength this year.
I’m not raging, I just know, had Vegas lost, every retard Homer here would be screaming how Marner sucks and the Leafs are Cup contenders but the Leafs took full advantage of every opportunity to lose this game that they should have won.

If the Leafs had won, which they had every single opportunity to do, every single retard homer on this site would have been screaming how the Leafs beat Marner as if they won the Stanley Cup, like they did when they won vs the Avalanche.
This is why Marner is better off in Vegas and why the Leafs are worse off with Marner. It’s just one game, it’s not the whole season but it’s just another example in the mountain of evidence that this team just is not that good and does not have the foundational pieces to be a contender or a Cup winner.

They had the early lead, facing a goalie that hasn’t played since October, Vegas played a tough division OT game last night and the Leafs managed to score 5 goals and blew the lead with less than 5 seconds left. They simply fucked themselves because this team is not that good.
Marner played fantastic, almost had 3 assists and his team won.
Marner wins.
Leafs had every reason to win and they fucked it up because that’s just what this team does.
I’m really hoping Matias Maccelli drops the gloves and beats the brakes off Mitch Marner tonight.
Maccelli is garbage, should be a healthy scratch most nights.
