The number on this deal is so good, I’m even more disappointed the Flyers didn’t get a bona fide Top 4 Dman on UFA day.
Danny shot his wad… no more money to spend. In fact, was reading earlier that they’re now over the cap (though they can put Ellis on LTIR, something they’ve not done the past couple of seasons).

Just saw this but haven’t confirmed it yet…
Possible Cam York deal 5 years a little over 5 mil?I think he will ultimately sign a bridge deal that will expire a year ahead of UFA eligibility.
Interesting, because the first I think I thought was that he may be angling for an offer sheet.
