BlockedGreat analysis of the Flyers’ current situation. The focus on Woll, Luchanko, and the team’s future development shows how important smart decisions are for building a competitive roster. Young players need time to grow, and the Flyers seem to be taking a thoughtful approach. It will be interesting to see how these moves shape the next season. ParticipantI don’t think the Flyers are in horrible shape at center. But they could still use a genuine 1c.
Agreed but there is a big difference between “not horrible shape” and contender. Anaheim matching hurt the Flyers’ chances.

ParticipantBetween Jett, Nesbitt, Berglund and even Ruohonen, I think the Flyers can get ONE middle-six center out of it. Not that far-fetched.
I agree. One clue as to who teams are valuing most among these guys, Nesbitt was part of the STL rumored ask for Thomas while he was at least getting dangled. I can certainly see Nesbitt as being the top guy in this group. Jett will be easy to grade now that he’s a pro headed for the AHL. 1 PPG and you create a spot for him in the NHL, .75 PPG and he’s very promising and .5 PPG and that would be a concern. I actually like them all. I think the Flyers are in good shape on center prospects.

ParticipantNot going to write off Jett. But not optimistic TBH.
