I just got the CHSN app on my laptop. Screw Comcast! I see the Hawks are playing 7 games on ESPN+. I won’t be watching those as I am not paying Disney. I believe in the first amendment.
So, Comcast just put the Marquee Network (Cubs) on their premium package. It is time to find a new cable company
go to forums, look up blackhawks and then you will see something like general discussions. that’s not the name but I am sure you will figure it out.
Should we be worried that they lost the first preseason game? No. There are a lot of guys in camp learning a new system. When most of those guys leave, they will go to teams playing another system. It’s the guys staying who need to worry about the new system. Give them time. The vets usually adapt. The young guys should catch on quickly. Let’s see where they are at 20 games. As for the defensemen, whoever is here is here. I think there will be a trade, but with KFC, who knows?
They have a lot of upside, more than they have had in the past few years. I am looking forward to a much better season and beyond. Let’s hope that Blash gives them what they need. I’ll also be watching Q in Anaheim.

First period was pretty even. Both teams, Meh.Lardis had a couple of nice shots. Spellancy, not much of a fight there.
I missed the first period as my wife decided that we were going to drive across the state. The second period looked promising for these future stars. I would call the third period even. It looked like the Blues were going after Lardis with some heavy hits. Moore showed off his speed in OT and buried it. Good for him.
I think if Reichel could learn how to backcheck with his speed, he would make himself more valuable to this team. It is a make or break year for him.
