Been a great 24 hours. Leafs win with a shutout, Bills win, Eagles out, If the Chargers find a way to win, then the Bills still could avoid the Broncos and play either the Steelers, or Texans. Mondays game against the Avs should be a barometer on where this Leafs team is. Leafs must get points in the next 3 games to look legit. Leafs should shop Stolarz to either get a first rounder or a 2nd line winger. The defense is fine how it is. A good mix on the back end, sans Rielly.
What? Any team in the league can happily lose to the Avs. The way the rest of the league is going it’s working out perfectly. My best wish tomorrow is that Florida wins. After that I hope The Leafs beat Utah on Tuesday.
If that happens The Leafs will have a wildcard spot.
When it comes to wins I’m hoping the bruins and predators pull it off today and the panthers and of course the leafs tomorrow.
The best part is the most wishful piece is the leafs game since it’s against the Avs but at least it’s happening right when the leafs have found their game 👍

Your eyes witnessing reality should have changed your mind long ago so if that hasn’t done it yet, clearly, the stupidity within you is much too strong.
It has nothing to do with hate and just the reality of the situation. The Stanley Cup is extremely difficult to win and this franchise isn’t doing what it takes to win it.
That doesn’t make me any less of a fan. I still want to see this franchise win a Cup, I’m not just so stupid as you to believe they can do it while on their current path.

Unfortunately, that game in hand is against the head-and-shoulders-above-every-other-team Avs. I still believe. If anything, Monday will be a minor speed bump.
Look at it with a little more depth, I just did.
Root for Nashville tomorrow to beat Washington so they still only have a single point on Toronto when they play Colorado while 2 games behind The Caps.
Then on Tuesday they play Montreal while Toronto plays Utah. As much as I hate to say that’s when I’d like to see the habs beat them while Toronto wins as well.
Let Toronto get into that spot while still up a game and then they can start focusing on chasing a team in Montreal’s spot. For now, if them winning helps them grab a wildcard spot ok, I hope they win.
