You have to make an account on that stupid site that matches the same email you used to make the account on this site and then it syncs whatever avatar you load on that stupid site.

Thanks that worked, email was the problem. I use 2 at times..that link to the same inbox

I believe it just worked for me when I clicked share my profile on the gravatar site.
