Besides yelling at you all, Im here to provide therapy too lol. I’m doing lineups like crazy, and it isn’t bad or overly difficult to think this could happen with the cap space

    Laf Schmaltz Tuch

-Laf needs to play LW. Rather than trade him for peanuts, move him to his natural position and see what happens. Give him a full year on the PP1 and first line minutes. If he still sucks you move him for peanuts and chalk it up a major disappointment. You switch him and Cuylle, or dare I say Gavin McKenna or Ivar Stenburg, if he still sucks

-Signing Tuch and Schmaltz is where they should go. Theyll have money and roles immediately for them upon arrival. This is what it means to “retool”, not rebuild

    Miller Mika Perrault

    – let it marinate some more. Together they show flashes and when Perrault gets more games and time under his belt it’ll be a better and more productive line

    Cuylle Trocheck McKenna/Stenburg/Greentree

-this is if they keep Trocheck. I get the return he’d get, but I’m not so sure he’s part of the dismantling. Him and Miller are very close. At the very least maybe he stays one more TDL and reevaluate then. It’s not a rush to trade him imo. I know this will piss people off, but it’s to be expected. But it might be best for now. Cuylle has been one of the bigger disappointments but maybe it’ll keep his current tract demands down, or motivate him next season to be better. I would in no way give up on him whatsoever. Hopefully a prized prospect takes the job and runs with it, Greentree is possible. Or the top 5 pick they draft

    Othmann Laba Raddysh/Rempe/Edstrom

-Othmann id keep around one more contract. Give him a full time spot next year low in the lineup and see what happens.

    * 100% trade Carrick for maybe a 3rd, like Soucy. Possibly a 4th. Laba imo is very much a part of the solution moving forward. He’s been good, even tho the NHL rigors may have caught up to him this year. But that’s ok,
He needs to be a 4C imo. 13 and 14th Fs we can tinker. Rempe has really tailed off this year, Raddysh sucks and Edstrom appears injury prone. But at least Othmann and Laba both are young and provide some spark where the 4th line is two parts full

    Gavrikov Fox

-self explanatory. It was good before the injury. No reason to expect this pair to suck next season

    Ferraro Morrow/Verhoeff

    – I’ve said it for years, but they need to trade Schneider. This is an easy 2nd rd pick to obtain and move on with Morrow taking the next step. Ferraro is perfect signing. He’s a bigger version of Lindgren and ok on the second pair where he can be relied upon for hard minutes, but less minutes. He blocks shots like Girardi and Lindgren. Tough sob.

*Verhoeff is possible, I’m not sure he’s ready for the NHL yet but could see him be drafted. He might be to good to pass up, especially if the wingers are gone

    Robertson Borgen

    – to me Robertson has been the biggest surprise this season. Good size, surprisingly good offensively and for the most part he’s been good defensively. This is Borgens sweet spot, 3rd pair he is great for him and the team

    Iorio 7th D

-hes probably made someone expendable and imo it’s Schneider

    Shesty
    Nedjelkovic

-they need a new back up. Thanks to Quicky for everything, but he’s toast. Martin is bad. He’s got to go and go stat

Buch top season with us wasn’t even a PPG. 21 goal high. He was good, nothing great. Matter of fact he was probably as good as a 2nd rd pick dart throw, and a role player. He had a two year spurt where it got him paid. Now the Blues probably have buyers remorse, because he isn’t producing like an 8 million dollar guy. If you expect me to believe Drury wouldn’t be getting hell for that (contract) too, your out of your minds

Kakko too. 6 goals. Still stickhandles like a magician for about ten seconds, then nothing. Borgen isn’t great, but backup/AHL goalies make him look terrible just like all 6-7 of the Dmen. He is probably best suited for 3rd pair, which he would be playing if Fox was healthy.

JT miller trade. Chytil is hurt again (unfortunately) Sure they traded a first rder, but he got a first rder back this year and a second. For a guy who was overrated. So two darts instead of one now. Morrow who has promise, And they needed a captain. Remember when they didn’t have one? It pissed you all off if I recall.

TJ, stop making a fool of yourself.

I said Greentree is who I wanted and that’s a good pickup. Only getting a 3rd on top is a disgrace. Like others have said, releasing the letter, scratching him etc diminished the return. Same way he got nothing for Kakko Kreider and Trouba bc he made it known he wanted them gone regardless, kinda hard to negotiate when you show your hand.

Your problem is what YOU think a player should get back isn’t what is actually the truth. You do it all the time. And then you go on and on about it for years how they should’ve gotten this or that. Trouba sucked. Kreider was old. Together they managed to lead them out of two playoff series wins, snatching losses from the hands of victory. Throw Goodrow in that mix too. To a lesser extent Panarin. It all makes sense. It was a flawed team that he didn’t even build, now he’s dismantled it. Florida series open Drurys eyes, mine and apparently no one else’s

Imagine he got hurt and got nothing for him. Why do you think he was scratched?Unbelievable 🤣

    You.
    Are.
    Impossible.
    To.
    Please.

and I got news for you, letter or no letter, it was fairly obvious Panarin was getting traded. It wasn’t a secret which is what I guess you guys thought would happen. Again he did a player a solid (after last year), by trading him pre freeze where he can adapt to LA find a place, meet the people around the team, etc. Maybe he got some much needed brownie pts with these divas, and maybe it hurt the return a little bit..but he had no leverage. And imo hes lucky to get what he did if it was that limited (leverage). He didn’t sign him to that contract, so the clauses didn’t help obviously

You guys are the kings of picking and choosing 🤣

Imagine for one second that we didn’t trade Buchnevich, and signed him to the deal the blues did..and he had 11 goals right now. Would that be going over well? I mean we tear Zib apart and it was the exact same thing, post contract hasn’t aged very well. And Blais tore is knee up, Drury obviously didn’t plan on that. He wasn’t the same after that. He barley got a real look until that happen anyway. Again Buch was overrated imo too, and he wast treated like an all star at the time of the trade. He was a decent player nothing spectacular

I’m with you, they could fire the scouting guys for all I care. But also, most of the picks Drury has made are at least incomplete. Need time to evaluate that. Othmann hasn’t looked great is fair. But Laba was Drury pick in rd 5 I think? Maybe 4th. He’s been a solid contributor.

I’m just saying you guys jump all over everything with him, selling is different than buying. Give him a freakin chance. So far so good imo. Soucy trade was a wash and Greentree is a first rder for a guy who picked where he wanted to go.

Kakko and Buch who we never shut up about no longer having

Combined: 19 goals in 95 games

Zibanejad, who we collectively loathe is still on the team

    23 goals in 55 games

    🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Gonna try to be as calm as possible. You guys are ridiculous as always. Maybe Rick has it fairly.

If anything he’s making up for bad PR, with the players, by doing Panarin a solid this time. Sending him to where he wanted to go, obviously no one believes this because it’s convenient not to believe it. I mean for two years you’ve killed the guy for the bad PR, this time he does the player a favor, and you still aren’t happy 🤣 you’re impossible to please

He gets the guy one guy here droooooools over every single day, in Greentree. What was a greentree? A friggin first rd pick!! And he still cant live with the return. The other piece is a guaranteed 3rd rder, potentially a second rder (series win). All for a guy who forced his way to a single team. It’s almost Houdini act that he got what he did, or genius like you could say .

For the love god most of you need to root for a new team. You’re the disgrace to this org, like 90% of this fanbase. Or suck it up because he isn’t going anywhere. If you had some god damn patience, and let him cook and watch him build a different team, you’ll be apologizing to me and him in time

You guys are impossible to please. The jury just came back.

They’re doing a proper tear down…it just isn’t done yet. They can’t trade NMCS because that’s gets you guys up in arms too

Gorton didnt draft well, Drurys picks are still tbd. Perrault looks the part. Laba was kind of a diamond in the rough as of now. And why do you guys get so upset when he trades picks if he doesn’t draft well?? 🤣

I swear it’s like I’m dealing with children up in here 🤦

All these guys who suck(ed), Laf-Kakko-Chytil (injury prone)-Lias-Kravtsov-KMiller, etc…what do they have in common? None of them were drafted by Drury. This is the crux of why this is happening right now. Because all of those picks didn’t work out. Drury gets blamed for every single one of them when he had nothing to do with it

They were the 6 first rders post original letter. Drafted by Scott Gorton, who penned that letter. They haven’t recovered from that. Let me see Drury build a team, post letter 2.0, and I’ll evaluate him in a few years. Just being fair

They were flawed. PP and goalie reliant. Then the bomb goes off. Players don’t like it. Fans don’t like it. Guys like me had the light bulb go on saying hey wait a minute they need to do this.

Now you have to buy in, I get it, it’s not easy to trust him. But what else can you do except go root for the sharks. Maybe we’ll be the sharks in a few years 🙏🏻

McKenna, Stenburg, Verhoeff…that’s our ticket to getting there

I saw the light. Like Drury did. He probably had to convince Dolan the same thing I’m trying to convince you guys

Thats the ironic part, you were telling me that they weren’t good back then, and I didn’t believe you. Now I’m trying to convince you the same thing you told me two years ago. So it’s almost like you just want to fight me on this 🤣

Yea they got a second too. Facts. Hard to follow I know. So they got 28ish OA and 55ish OA. In supposedly a better draft

Now they’ll have 1-2-3OA because they suck. Be happy! You live for these picks

There wasn’t a chance in hell they were trading for Sherwood. You obviously believe every slant in a bad way towards the genius 👨‍🎓

    Suck each others dycks s’more🤣

This is it in a nutshell..the window closed faster than anyone expected. Including the org. The fans have a hard time accepting that, but it is what it is…and what has happen. At least Drury sees that, imagine he didn’t? And was still buying? Yea you guys would love that 🤣

The idea that you guys think they’d sill be contending with none of those guys gone is your crutch. Thats all you have. Meanwhile that team and those guys blew two years in a row of a real solid chance. Now 2 years later, with all these east teams much much better, to think we would’ve survived that is crazy. But they are basically two years into a rebuild already.

I’m excited to get a top 3 pick and not one time have you guys even brought that up 🤣that’s what they need more then anything because the previous top 3 pick they got lucky to get, sucks fat ass

I thought the Prez trophy means nothing? 🫣

If he is so what lol next time they contend the only players around will be Shesty and probably Fox. Everyone else is tbd imo. Who knows maybe miller eventually says trade him, Mika too.

Also this year I do think they planned on the playoffs, but Shesty and to a lesser degree Fox, both got hurt. You don’t wanna hear it but it did actually happen. So plans changed. They were still in the mix with plenty of season left when they got hurt, they just couldn’t score. 20-18-6 was the record before Shesty got hurt. You can ignore it, but the org didn’t. Also a few east teams really have broken through since then, which I’m sure pushed them even further to the point of being sellers now

Miller trade.. they gave them Chytil who can barely ever stay healthy, Mancini who can’t crack their lineup, nor would he crack ours, and a first. The made up for losing the first in that trade when they traded Kandre, and they got a first and second back. Imagine they didn’t have this years pick? Yea that would’ve been a disaster, but they have it. And another one and probably one more when Panarin goes. Maybe even more with a Trocheck trade. The picks will be plentiful
