ParticipantDid anyone read the Hockey News article about how the Rangers mistreat their prospects? The organization basically puts a muzzle on prospects and is controlling of their players. In fact, Ken Campbell lead writer for THN had contacted OHL’s Windsor Spit Fires about the deal for Liam Greentree after the trade and appparently the Rangers have a gag order and forbid them from talking to the kid about the Panarin trade? Campbell said they are the only organization in the NHL that does this and control their prospects to a detriment.
Campbell said “ No wonder they are 3rd to last place in the league”.This doesnt surprise me one bit with how our prospects have looked.

Campbell said “ No wonder they are 3rd to last place in the league”.The fact that Robertson and Caulfield are not on the team for the sullen JT Miller is a testament how the US mismanagement of their roster continues.
Olympic Roster fodder:Jason Robertson 32g 66 points plus/minus 20
Cole Caulfield 32g 57 points plus minus 19
JT Miller 14g 37 points plus minus -22
Which one would u have selected? LOL

ParticipantThank you, sir!
It’ll be a long road. But, at least I’m on my way now.February 10, 2026 at 10:27 am #64345Brukie
ParticipantOn paper, Canada has the best team, incredible talent. Its up to team USA to make up goals because they left the better goal scores at home in favor of JT Miller and Trocheck. I love Trocheck but in this tournament, I want Caufield or JRob.
I feel like Troch is a player you want for so many situations. But, Miller over Robertson is nuts.
As for not being around, on top of being tired of the endless frustration from our team and the added frustration of this website, I just had my shoulder surgery yesterday. So, good chance I’ll be around more in the near future.
Hoping for a quick recovery Tony
Yeah this site is frustrating but the Buzz is a spam center now. No one is ever on there.

ParticipantWhat’s there to talk about, it’s the Olympic break. Not much going on. Anyone think anyone has a chance to beat Canada?

ParticipantHere is a good example of how stupid the Drury is a genius comment is.
Since taking over before the 2021 draft, Drury has brought in John Lilley as director of player personnel and amateur scouting while replacing multiple scouts and coaches, but he’s kept Jed Ortmeyer as director of player development and Tanner Glass as Ortmeyer’s top assistant.
The results haven’t improved. Of 31 picks made across five drafts with Drury at the helm, no selection has played more games (48) or produced more points (14) than 2022 fourth-round center Noah Laba.
What a winner!!!
You know Im driving that Ortmeyer / Glass bus. Ive said it before, if they fired Drury, Id be all over trying to hire Gregory Campbell (assistant GM with Panthers) to be GM here.
