I agree, Trocheck has to be a home run and we can’t over pay for Mctavish.

Man o man. That 35th OA pick this year would’ve carried a ton of value. Glad we gave it up for a cap dump.

The correct route to go is to rebuild. Trade Trocheck, ZiB, Fox, Gavrikov etc, load up on picks and prospects and do this the right way.

If it’s one of the dmen left, trade the pick. I’d also see if ANA is willing to trade Mctavish for the 26th pick. Rumor is they want to get back into the first round and Mctavish is on the block, change of scenery type move.

Jan, I read Brady was willing to go to FLA VGK CAR and I think MINN.

All places where the players absolutely love playing /playing for their ownership/team. The VGK GM recently spoke on it as well as Eichel saying that there’s a lot of talk amongst players wanting to play for specific franchises right now bc of how they get treated/respected by the ownership.

I highly doubt the NYR as long as Drury is here will be high on that list. How Dolan has allowed him to stay is disgusting.

    Brady to FLA. wow.

My confidence in Drury is 0. I’m kinda at the point no matter what he does, he can’t undo what’s he’s already done. Not having the 35th pick this year plus having to trade to get that 43? Pick back last year all bc of the Nemeth disaster was an absolute DISASTER of a trade.

Not to mention all the other F ups he’s had.

VGK forfeit 2nd round pick, ridiculous penalty IMO.

    Lindholm good
    Dal Colle Sucks
    Hanafin good
    Joulevi sucks
    Pettersson good
    Hayton sucks
    Turcotte sucks
    Sanderson good
    Johnson sucks
    Gauthier very good

Reinbacher Demidov Martin to early to tell but Demidov looks good, Martin had a bad year.

It’s a 50/50 at pick #5. I’d trade the pick if the opportunity is there.

Mixed back with recent 5th overall picks. Personally, I’d trade the pick.

Mactavish, Solberg, ANA 2nd for 5th OA.
