    Should have drafted Lawrence.

    I know there’s not much to talk about, but, Canucks fans are so fickle. I guess losing for half a century will do that to you. Olli Juolevi had a strong 2016 World Junior Championship where he tied for the tournament lead in assists among defensemen and won gold with Finland. That small windowed performance boosted his stock, and lead to the Vancouver Canucks to select him fifth overall based on their need for a high-end puck-moving defenseman. We all know how that story ended up. These kids just turned 18 years old, they’re all good young players but they need time to grow and develop, patience.

    Olli Juolevi & Jake Virtanen were busts plain and simple, clearly the Canucks didn’t do their homework on either. Juolevi boasted he was the smartest player in the draft, great go work for SpaceX then. Virtanen was an entitled lazy flake, similar to EP40 it appears. Neither of these guys were willing to put in the work required to be a pro. CM & Cootes appear to have strong character and commitment, which the Canucks should have been looking for a decade+ ago.

    Good news for y’all many posts of mine don’t go through. Login constantly is annoying.

    That is good news, plus Lordy is back to keep all you snowflakes honest! I’m sure Marwood is lurking as well.

    Petey’s gonna score 80+ points this year and then everyone and their brother is going to be confused. 🙂

    Nobody doubts his skill level he certainly can achieve 80 points. Like Henrick Sedin said EP needs to decide what kind of player he is. He doesn’t appear to be a team first player. Does an introvert fit well with this new young core? Do you think he’s respected and liked by his teammates?

    I think he would jump on an offer from LA. He would say Vancouver who? Problem is there has been no offer from LA

    Clearly not an easy deal to pull off.

    @Booner

    Take what you can and run. Try not to retain.

    @PlayoffJim

    Yes, you did. He did however state he wants to play/float in Vancouver though? Interesting to see how he makes out in the room with Nil’s bitch gone. I don’t think he has any friends on the team.

    Hopefully none of the new players in the room upset the little bitch.

    @Nighthawk

    Ship him out, return isn’t important. The team will be better off.

    @Booner

    “Seattle trading for EP. Alvin is there… that contract is one of the reasons he was fired… he knows Petey sinks ships… he knows how much he’s over paid”

    Huge mistake rest assured Rutherford was in there as well. Henrick saying “EP40 needs to figure out what kind of player he wants to be?” JFC! The guy has been in the NHL for 10 years!!!

    All I’ll say is he’s a flake and the team is better off with him.
