Will the Leafs aquire Nikishin from the The Canes?
The Canes are asking for at least two first round picks for him I think.
Not sure who’d be going otherway from the Leafs. Hopefully not one of the Leafs young Dman.Carolina would be retarded to trade him for anybody other than Hellebuyck.
If Carolina gets that done, it’s strong odds for a repeat.

When I heard that they were going to put McKenna with JT and Willy I was not a fan, 91/88 routinely get their faces caved in on D, and 92 isn’t a great defender either. Gotta split that line up, 92 will eventually find himself on 34s line.
Also, the new goal horn is ATROCIOUS!
McKenna always starts off slow and Roslovic always disappears in the 2nd half of the season. They’re probably banking on making that natural swap when both players go into their natural curve.
None of it will matter unless they fix the PP1 which has done nothing. Without an effective PP1, they’re fucked. This team will live and die by their ability to score more than their D allows, which will be a lot.
McKenna should 1000% be on the PP1 over Marchenko.
