I think Pouty deserves a little hate until he shows some interest playing to his potential.
I’m not sure he’s in town yet? Most of the vets are, not a good look.
Hate to bust the narrative but he’s with the team and practicing. Not the first time it’s been mentioned to you either.
I’m going to laugh my ass off when Quinn Hughes signs with the Panthers to be with his friends instead of his brothers in NJ. All along I’ve been wondering why in the world Quinn would go to NJ and ruin Luke’s career. Quinn would bump Luke off the top pairing and the #1 PP unit. A massive hit to his career stats and less to leverage in the following contract because of his career demotion. NJ makes little sense to me but people love a good narrative.
I am going to assume you will not be on JT Miller’s Xmas card list this year.
lol
I liked Miller. He called a spade a spade. He didn’t like floaters and he let them know it. I do think it was time he moved on though. His career will turn south and they dumped him in time.
Miller didnt like floaters? He must of hated himself then. Can’t think of a bigger floater defensively on the Canucks. The most braindead giveaways… ok, some players are like that but Miller wouldn’t even try to chase down his give aways. Often he would cut his shift short the moment he gave the puck away heading for the bench creating a 5 on 4 for the other team. It’s ok though, as long as he doesn’t get a – after his give away. His team mates can have that. The coaches didnt make it any better by coddling him through all that. Other players would get benched, scratched or sent down… Miller always got the most special treatment on the team though. Entitlement. Let’s be honest here… on the ice, even Petey was much less of a floater than Miller regardless of the offensive drop off. Miller feels he’s above chasing pucks down even when it was his give away.
Miller calling a spade a spade? He was definitely big on that. What he wasnt big on was when he was the spade. For all the arm waving and yelling at team mates out on the ice when he got everyone out of position to clean up his mess… don’t dare and talk to him about what he did wrong. That was off limits or he would have a temper tantrum. Even with the coaches. This is a guy with zero accountability, someone who is above the rest of the team in his mind.
*I think* people like Miller because of who he was bullying. Not because he was not a pussy and called a spade a spade. How could people put that on a scale beside all his issues, selfish personality and a career of being a cancer to his team and say that’s a player I like? Remove the Petey beef, Miller wouldnt have a single Like from Van fans imo.

The Czechs down the Swiss 9-4 to finish the tournament with 3 wins and 1 loss. #Canucks prospect Adam Novotny with 5 goals and 1 assist1g 1a yesterday vs. Finland as well. Looking good.
