UG does make a valid point, (a broken clock is right twice a day), Vegas is playing back to back with travel. Who makes this BS schedule. NHL should do better.
Oh please, I just looked it up and the flight time from LA to Vegas is 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes. So with a private jet? An hour or even less. They would have been home at a normal time.

The Leafs just hung with a team that is head and shoulders above every team in the league, and came out on top. The Avs are a team that REGULARLY absolutely shits on above average team. And the Leafs didn’t look out of place, AT ALL!
The way this team is playing right now is the way Cup winning teams play. Are they going to? Probably not. 31 teams are going to fail at that this year. You have to have a lot of things go your way to win a cup, (like your #1 goalie not taking a head shot). Are there still some changes that can be made to improve the team? Of course. But we have a lot of the needed pieces.
