I heard marner is being used as a center in vegas?
Gonna be really tough for him in the playoffs if he stays in that position.Everything is tough for Marner in the playoffs after game 3 or 4.
Meh, no team has ever gotten points in 40 games straight so this was bound to happen. Tough travel schedule. 130am arrival. Thursday night is the game I really care about. Hope to see the same effort as last night.

That being said, it looked like we had 5 Tanevs out there last night. McCabe, Benny, Stecher, OEL, and Carlo were all beasts.

3rd string goalie, retard. And he wasn’t that great, he got beat along the ice more than once, he knew he fucked up on that OT goal immediately because his stick was in an AHL position as he slid across.

The Leafs just hung with a team that is head and shoulders above every team in the league, and came out on top. The Avs are a team that REGULARLY absolutely shits on above average team. And the Leafs didn’t look out of place, AT ALL!
The way this team is playing right now is the way Cup winning teams play. Are they going to? Probably not. 31 teams are going to fail at that this year. You have to have a lot of things go your way to win a cup, (like your #1 goalie not taking a head shot). Are there still some changes that can be made to improve the team? Of course. But we have a lot of the needed pieces.
