New year, new thread.
Hope everyone had a safe, healthy and quality holiday season.
Nice to see the leafs get a win and matthews showing up.
Honestly though, I’d prefer finishing with a top 5 pick this year over an attempt at trying to get into the playoffs or even a 1st round exit.
Bottom out, trade some assets, get some picks/prospects and reboot this off season (although, Im not sure Tre is the guy for the job)My gawd that Tanev contract is getting worse by the minute, he could be getting a one way first class ticket to robidas island next year.
